Data used to provide the service

Fliqen stores your Google account identifier, name and email to authenticate you. We store uploaded references, prompts, render settings, job status and credit transactions to provide video generation and your history.

Service providers

Google handles sign-in. Stripe handles checkout and payment information; Fliqen does not collect your card number. Prompts and reference files are sent to our generation provider, TMLab, for processing. Time-limited signed links allow that provider to retrieve references.

Storage and controls

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser session storage preserves your draft. You can delete unused references through Saved materials. Active render references cannot be deleted until the task is resolved. Operational backups may retain earlier copies; payment and credit records are retained for accounting and reconciliation.

Questions and account requests

Contact the operator through the Time-Machine-Lab organization for privacy or account requests. Do not send prompts, payment details or credentials in public messages.
